KLM Vehicle Services, based in Kansas City, Missouri, was founded in 2002 as a locally grown solution for vehicle title and lien services. Inspired and guided by the mentorship of Ralph and Mike—industry veterans from the historic Missouri License & Title office on Armour Boulevard—KLM was built on a foundation of expertise, trust, and dedication to service.

Though Ralph and Mike were not owners, their mentorship and hands-on advice provided the blueprint that shaped KLM into a reliable partner for individuals, dealerships, and financial institutions across the region. Over the years, KLM Vehicle Services has earned a reputation for professionalism and accuracy in handling lien filings, releases, and title processing, always focusing on making the process straightforward and stress-free for its customers.

With over two decades of experience, KLM remains committed to its Kansas City roots and continues to serve the community with the same attention to detail and personal touch that inspired its creation.
